Job Overview
We are seeking Associates to support setup, execution, and follow-up of live auction sales on our WhatNot platform. This role assists with inventory organization, product listings, shipping to ensure smooth and successful live selling events.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing and listing products for upcoming WhatNot live shows.
Support the live host during auctions by managing chat, bids, and technical tasks.
Package sold items to be shipped accurately
Maintain organized inventory and work areas.
Help promote upcoming shows across social media or marketing channels.
Monitor live show performance and provide feedback to improve future events.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with e-commerce or resale platforms preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, live-selling environment.
Basic computer and mobile app proficiency.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Experience in shipping and handling inventory a plus.
