Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Pick items accurately based on online order tickets, batch orders, or handheld scanning devices Process orders from multiple platforms (e.g., website, auction platforms, marketplaces) Stage completed orders for carrier pickup or internal transfer Maintain organization of fulfillment areas, shelves, and packing stations Assist with restocking inventory and organizing incoming merchandise Identify and report inventory discrepancies or damaged items Meet daily order volume, speed, and accuracy goals Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures Support returns processing and re-packaging when needed

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or e-commerce experience preferred Experience with scanning systems or shipping software is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines Basic computer skills (printing labels, navigating order systems) Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods (8–10 hours) Lift up to 50 lbs regularly Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
