Retail Associate Lead (Internal Hire)

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

*Lead sales floor associates, assign tasks, and maintain shift coverage. *Ensure pricing, signage, stocking, and product rotation is accurate. *Handle customer questions, escalations, and service issues. *Ensure cash handling processes are followed (if required). *Maintain clean, organized sales floor and backroom. *Support training for new employees and temps.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. 1+ years of experience in leadership, team lead, or senior role preferred. Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Ability to train and motivate employees. Dependable, organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand, lift, bend, or move materials as job requires.
