Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities • Help oversee daily workflow for small parcel and outbound shipments • Assign tasks and keep orders moving efficiently and on schedule • Verify order accuracy, packaging quality, pallet builds, and shipping labels/BOLs • Coordinate dock activity and ensure outbound loads are staged and loaded safely • Assist in resolving order, freight, or inventory issues • Train and support shipping team members • Promote and enforce warehouse safety procedures • Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment (if certified) • Communicate delays, damages, or concerns to the Shipping Manager • Lead by example through attendance, teamwork, and work ethic

Required Qualifications

*High school diploma or equivalent required. *1+ years of experience in leadership, team lead, or senior role preferred. *Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. *Ability to train and motivate employees. *Dependable, organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. *Basic computer or system knowledge *Ability to stand, lift, bend, or move materials as job requires.
