Job Overview
We're seeking a motivated Fulfillment Specialist to support our Ecommerce operations. In this role, you'll manage product listing, process online orders, update inventory, and provide customer support through in-person and online channels. The ideal candidate is detail-oriened, computer savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately select, scan, label inventory for listing.
- Update and maintain product listing across online platforms.
- Monitor and adjust inventory levels to ensure accurate availability.
- Process online orders, returns and customer requests in a timely manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries through email or messaging platforms.
- Assist with product photos, descriptions, and listing optimization.
- Coordinate with shipping department or carriers for shipments
- Support promotional campaigns and online marketing efforts.
Required Qualifications
Basic computer skills for data entry and warehouse management systems
Excellent attention to detail and organiazational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to stand, walk, and lift items weighing 20-45lbs.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
