Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Perform regular cycle counts and audits of inventory to ensure accuracy Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances Monitor product quality and identify damaged or defective items Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of inventory findings Work closely with operations and warehouse teams to correct errors Assist in process improvement initiatives related to inventory control and quality Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required Previous warehouse, inventory control, or quality assurance experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
