Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Help with daily workflow for small parcel and outbound shipments • Keep orders moving efficiently and on schedule • Verify order accuracy, packaging quality, and shipping labels/BOLs • Coordinate dock activity and ensure outbound loads are staged and loaded safely • Assist in resolving order, freight, or inventory issues • Operate pallet jacks and other equipment if necessary and trained properly • Communicate delays, damages, or concerns to the Shipping Manager • Lead by example through attendance, teamwork, and work ethic

Required Qualifications

*High school diploma or equivalent required. *Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. *Dependable, organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. *Basic computer or system knowledge *Ability to stand, lift, bend, or move materials as job requires.
