Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and direct daily activities of retail associates, ensuring smooth operations on the sales floor. *Support the General Manager in implementing merchandising plans, pricing strategies, and bin restock schedules. *Maintain organization and cleanliness of the bin areas, checkout counters, and back stockrooms. *Open and close the store, handle cash reconciliation, and ensure proper register operations. *Assist with hiring and training new employees. *Monitor customer service standards, assist with customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly. *Ensure compliance with safety protocols, loss prevention, and company policies. *Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for product deliveries and restocking schedules. * Help track daily sales, customer flow and inventory movement; report metrics to management.

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent (some college preferred) Minimum 1-2 years of retail or warehouse supervisory experience. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
