Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers as they arrive and provide friendly, helpful directions. Monitor and organize traffic flow to prevent congestion and unsafe situations. Direct vehicles to available parking spaces. Assist with crowd and line management outside the retail entrance during busy times. Communicate with store management regarding issues such as full lot, unsafe behavior, or parking violations. Ensure pedestrian walkways remain safe and clear. Maintain a clean and litter-free parking area. Provide support during restock events or promotional sale days. Report any safety hazards, incidents, or suspicious activity. Offer general customer service including answering basic questions.

Required Qualifications

No experience required; customer-service or security experience a plus. Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to remain calm and professional during busy periods. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Must be able to walk, stand, and direct traffic for extended periods.
