Job Overview
We are seeking Full-time and Part-time dependable, customer-focused Retail Sales Associates who thrive in a fast-paced but organized setting. This position is for our new Outlet Store, unlike our traditional bin store model, we will be offering organized, fixed-price merchandise in a structured retail environment. This role will play a key part in maintaining store appearance, assisting customers, and supporting daily retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a positive shopping experience Maintain organized shelves, racks, and product displays Ensure pricing labels are accurate and visible Assist customers with product questions and purchase decisions Operate POS system and process transactions accurately Restock merchandise and maintain inventory levels Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the store Support markdowns, promotions, and seasonal resets Assist with opening and closing procedures Follow company policies and customer service standards
The retail associtate will be responsible for handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. Maintaing product displays, and ensuring a clean and organized retail space. This role will be responsible maintaining accurate records of sales, payments, assisting with inventory, stocking and daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Retail or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Team-oriented mindset
