Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Process sales transactions using a pos system and maintain accurate cash drawers
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Verify pricing, discounts, and returns in accordance with company policy
- Restock shelves and maintain merchandise displays as needed
- Assist with receiving inventory
- Keep retail area clean, orderly, and visually appealing
- Support team members as needed
The retail associtate will be responsible for handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. Maintaing product displays, and ensuring a clean and organized retail space. This role will be responsible maintaining accurate records of sales, payments, assisting with inventory, stocking and daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, equivalent, or in high school on track to graduate
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer and POS skills preferred
- Ability to stand for extended period, walk and lift up to 50lbs
